Who we are. Provory is operated by KnownCS LLC. In this notice, “Provory,” “we,” and “us” mean that operator. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@provory.com.
Using this website
The website at provory.com explains Provory and provides links into its separate application. You can read the marketing pages without an account. The website does not take payment, accept vehicle evidence or create an account itself.
“Start your car’s record” and “Log in” open the application at app.provory.com. Signing in, storing evidence and using a vehicle record take place there. The Provory application terms address that service.
Understanding the examples
Examples identified as illustrations show how information can move from source evidence to an extracted draft, through review where needed, and into a saved record. They are sample data, not customer records or testimonials. An extracted draft is a proposal; it is distinct from a reviewed record. A saved fact remains separate from the source that supports it.
The website’s descriptions concern keeping an ownership history understandable and connected to its evidence. They do not certify a vehicle’s condition, legal title, safety or market value, or guarantee a resale result. Crediting a shop’s work in an owner’s record is not a claim that Provory certifies that shop or independently inspected its work.
Responsible use and website material
Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems, interfere with their operation, or use them to distribute malicious code.
Privacy and optional analytics
Optional analytics is a separate choice from using this website. Rejecting it does not prevent reading the pages or following links into the app. The site offers an Optional analytics section where configured, with controls to accept or reject Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
Information handling is described in the marketing website privacy notice. These terms do not provide analytics consent or authorize additional uses of a vehicle record.
