What is kept behind the fields
The document is never edited and never replaced. A correction is a new revision beside it, and the old reading stays where it was.
When the document doesn’t say, neither do we.

Three of these fall on March 14 and still do not merge into one.

Gmail and Outlook are walked through screen by screen. Everything else gets the address and the one rule it needs.
Orders, invoices and shipping confirmations are picked up. Marketing from the same sender is recorded as seen and ignored.

Correcting a find pays more than confirming one.
The drafts in the table above are the queue this drains.
The needle sweeps as you clear the queue and the lights go out one at a time. Four of the five finds from this batch are done; the last one is a currency the order never stated.
Sparks are a tally, derived from your review history and never stored as a balance. There is nothing to spend them on and nothing to lose.

The checksum is taken on the bytes, before anything is read. A file that has arrived before is not sent to the model a second time, so a duplicate costs nothing and cannot propose a second, slightly different reading of the same invoice.
All 3 arrivals stay on the record. Forwarding something twice is not an error you need to clean up, and the history shows that it happened.
The 2016 timing belt has no email. Type it in.
