Forward the original message.
Send a parts order or shop invoice to your private Provory address. Use “Forward as attachment” in a supported desktop mail app to keep the original message and its attachments together.
The app shows you where to send it and how to attach the original. You choose each message; Provory does not search your mailbox.

The original evidence.
Review only what needs you.
Provory proposes details from the message and points out uncertainty. Confirm what the source supports, correct what you know, or leave an optional detail such as mileage unknown.
An unresolved required detail, such as the event date, keeps the event in draft. Details you add yourself stay distinguishable from details supported by the source.

Save the reviewed event.
Check the event before you save it. The reviewed event then joins the car’s timeline, with its date, details, and supporting evidence.
A purchase, shipment, service, and installation describe different things. The record should say which one the evidence supports.

A clearer timeline.
Keep the source close to the fact.
Return to the supporting evidence from the saved event. The source gives you a way to check a detail again, even when the job is no longer fresh in your mind.
A saved source is not a blanket guarantee: a parts order supports a purchase, but does not establish an installation.
